Whitegold Golden’s Puppy Agreement and Guarantee

                                                               (Liminted Registration)

1. Breeder guarantees that this puppy has been properly cared for and checked by a veterinarian. Puppy has received its first shots and has been dewormed. Health records will be provided when you receive your puppy, if said puppy is checked by a licensed veterinarian and found to be sick due to a congenital defect, owner shall notify breeder and provide a written statement from a licensed veterinarian describing puppies condition and shall return the puppy and AKC paperwork to the breeder within three days of the examination. The Breeder will replace the puppy or the original purchase price of the puppy providing puppy is returned back to the breeder within 3 days. Sick is not defined as having parasites such as worms, Coccidia, Giardia, fleas, mites as these are common in dogs and puppies. Breeder is not responsible for veterinarian bills approved by the buyer.

2. Breeder is not responsible if a puppy contracts a disease once it leaves the breeders possession.

3. Breeder offers a 2 year hip guarantee, on any puppy found to have moderate or severely affected hips. The puppy must have an X-ray done by a veterinarian to confirm the diagnosis and it must be documented by an OFA preliminary consultation. Puppy must be returned to Breeder and a replacement puppy will be provided of equal value within 6 months.

4. Breeder offers a one year guarantee on heart, elbows, eyes. Diagnosis must be confirmed by OFA, or a certified Animal Optometrist.

5. Breeder doesn’t guarantee color, temperament, or adult size of the puppy.

6. Buyer agrees to have your puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving your puppy.

7. Buyer agrees this puppy must be spayed/neutered within one year if puppy is purchased with limited registration.

8. Buyer agrees this puppy will never be sold to a pet store, puppy mill, relinquished to a animal shelter or animal rescue, if you are unable to keep the puppy for any reason, breeder must be notified.

9. Buyer agrees this puppy may only be registered with American Kennel Club, (AKC), with out approval from the breeder.

10. Buyer agrees to give this puppy proper medical care, agrees to groom, train and care for this puppy consistent with good animal husbandry.

11. This contract will not extend to any owner except the one who purchased the puppy originally from the breeder.

12.Buyer understands that this puppy is being purchased with Limited Registration, meaning this is a pet puppy and is not being used for breeding pourposes.
